REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY — KC JEWELLERS

1. Orders
No Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
No Returns / No Exchange: All products sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
2. Exceptions (Rare Cases Only)
In the unlikely event that:
The ordered item becomes unavailable, or
The order cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen circumstances
KC Jewellers reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a refund.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using any mode of payment deemed appropriate by KC Jewellers, including but not limited to bank transfer, cash, or digital payment methods.
Timeline for refund processing may vary depending on internal procedures.
4. Systematic Investment Plans (SIP)
Strict No Cash Refund Policy: SIP contributions are non-refundable in cash.
Redemption is only possible in the form of jewelry purchase.
5. Rate Bookings
Advances paid for rate booking are non-refundable.
If the purchase is not completed, the advance may be converted into store credit at the discretion of KC Jewellers.
